I did't share the sentiments of that one particular take — that said Kennedy all but certainly telegraphed his position. His positions and questions seemed contradictory, in a very Kennedy-ish sort of way.
Abt half way through the transcript. Any insight as to why the distinction wasn't made that the baker wasn't being compelled to eb present at the ceremony? (parades inherently provide physical association, why that example was nonsense).
Ugh if someone can't bake a JOYFUL cake for someone else they should be banned for life from the business. You're too mean to be a baker 
He did not refuse to sell them a cake that was off the shelf. He refused to make a "Special" cake with a gay theme. He is well within his rights to not want to put his special artistry into a specifically themed cake.
