The Supreme Court move means the Trump administration can fully implement the September proclamation — as to Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen. Interestingly, #SCOTUS notes that "we expect that the Court of Appeals will render its decision with appropriate dispatch."
Justices Ginsburg and Sotomayor note that they would deny the US request.
