Keep up the momentum. Don't forget another kind of exercise: laughter. An under-rated activity. Allow yourself not to be too regimented & to just ...be silly, goofy, use the mantra w/ some hardships (w/ goofy Brooklyn accent) "whataya gonna do"? :)
