This just seems like quibbling. The interesting thing is that someone else wrote and posted the tweet - other people are accessing POTUS's account so we are to assume that he doesn't control it so it's some kind of performance art? WTF?

And as to that, Maggie is completely right. We've known Scavino, at least, has access. The WH (i.e., Scavino or someone else in WH comms) is clearly posting the event/video/etc.-type ones.
