Note: The second tweet here totally changes this. This could be as little as telling us how much was spent from the fund in awards/settlements to House employees. Which is more than we know now, but not a lot.pic.twitter.com/s5ZrAQIGGQ

So, this tells us some things:https://twitter.com/edatpost/status/936639777356607488 …

Notably: This tells us that a little more than 11% of the more than $3 million in awards and settlements that OOC has acknowledged paying out in the time period (from FY2013 to the present) came from claims against "House Member led offices."

Remember: OOC hears more than just House and Senate employee complaints. The remaining awards/settlements also include claims from employees of entities like the Capitol Police and Architect of the Capitol.

And, more, the language used by OOC here is very careful. "House Member led offices." Notably, until the past two years, OOC's annual report publicly distinguished between "Member" and "Non-Member/Committee." For example:pic.twitter.com/I199j5F7Df

Not quite clear why the one question asks for numbers since 2013 and the other asks for numbers since 1997.
