I don't know what those quoted words are because they appear nowhere in either the tweet or linked story — both of which are factual reporting on what the missile test tells us. Feel free to unfollow if you don't like that.

They are not suicidal. Quite the opposite, in fact. There is no better guarantee of continued existence for a regime than the development of nuclear weapons. The North Korean's are behaving quite rationally. Instead, pay attention to Trump, who may well be insane.
