I mean, who knows? Their best bet was a TRO. I'd say it just gets tougher from here, since he's in office doing his job. But, she has the right to keep pressing her case if she believes Trump's app't was illegal.

Yes, we agree completely on the actual chances — but I was trying to answer the question of how far I think she and/or Trump admin will take this. Obviously, DOJ will appeal any loss.
