I mean, who knows? Their best bet was a TRO. I'd say it just gets tougher from here, since he's in office doing his job. But, she has the right to keep pressing her case if she believes Trump's app't was illegal.

I wasn’t at the hearing, so I’m not qualified to answer specifically. But, more broadly, I think the underlying issue is a close question, as I’ve said, and I have no specific reason to think it was a politically motivated decision.
