Over the past few weeks, I’ve been down — a depressive episode, I’d imagine. It makes sense, coming out of getting better after having been ill w Hep A in late September.

And, y’all can’t necessarily tell, because depression (bipolar here) looks different for everyone, and because I can pretty much find a way to get done what I need to get done.

But, it’s been a grrrrrind. I’ve been unable to get myself to the gym — even though I knew that would help. I was isolating at times. I was eating sugary and fatty foods. And I was sleeping horribly or for loooong periods.

Like, yeah, I get things done and you all see tweets, but, I didn’t get out of bed other than to eat some cereal until after 4p yesterday. ... So, that’s what it is.
