But, I have great friends and family. I have professionals I can turn to. And I have tools that I’ve learned over the past 19 years make it better.

Oh my god. For *someone*, that would be amazing.
The only thing I like of that is ... toast. Peanut butter, fruit, no-sugar yogurt, and toast are my ideal evening snacks.
