Roy Moore, a lawyer and former judge who is seeking a seat in the US Senate, referred to a repeatedly reaffirmed Supreme Court precedent — Roe v. Wade — as "an unconstitutional precedent."
On Chris Geidner, anyone that made you legal editor of anything needs to have they heads examined. On transgender the majority of the medical community disagrees with you , on row vs wade that was settled by the supreme court.
Psst: Those are Roy Moore quotes, not my view.
Ok I am sorry for the remark.. but you should put Roy Moore name in your tweet somewhere.. you think. As for Roy Moore he's garbage .. I'd love to tell him that to his face, He's not a Christian either @MooreSenate Hear that NOBODY WITH A CONSCIENCE WILL EVER BELIEVE THAT.
A Supreme Court decision, by definition, can't be "unconstitutional precedent." You can disagree with the analysis, but all #SCOTUS precedent is constitutional until it's overturned. That's the whole point. #MarburyvMadison #ThingsAJudgeShouldKnow #Civics101
Seriously though, where did this guy get his law degree?
Let’s not forget he was unqualified for the job before the nation found out he’s a pedophile.
An "unconstitutional precedent" isn't even close to the correct way to say that. And of course the government can't control your thoughts. Natural law wins there. This guy doesn't sound like he knows anything about the law.
So Roy Moore believes the government determines what gender a person is? Or who?
You can believe what you like. That's the point, "believe". That doesn't make it true. In fact, the active choosing to believe something rather than accepting the hard scientific reality strongly suggests that thing can't be true.
Is this Roy Moore's opinion or yours?
“Unconstitutional precedent?” Okay, Roy....
I know. Not how you say that.
