In case anyone is curious, this is what an e-filed document looks like on the Supreme Court's website: https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/15-1439.html …

Are the e-filings automatically available on the website's docket, or is the clerk's office reviewing them before posting?

I don't know if they go up automatically or if they are reviewed first. We have a filing tomorrow, so I'll report back.

Good luck! Also, it looks as though one has to know the docket no. of a case to find its e-filed documents - i.e., there's no page on http://SupremeCourt.gov listing all the documents filed electronically thus far

They should go up pretty much automatically after a filing if not a case-originating document. As for finding docs, I think you’d need to search by case (# or name).
