Friends of Twitter: I'm deciding to ween myself off caffeine entirely. I have a very addictive/habitual brain, so suggestions are welcome.

I was off all caffeine for 25 days; now am down to one small cup a day after having had one large and one medium for years before this.

I'm inspired. I struggle breaking habits so it helps to hear success stories! Ha.

Yeah, try caffeine-free teas, and even if you change it up with a caffeinated tea sometimes instead of coffee, it will still help you.

Thanks you two! Good suggestions. A lot of my caffeine consumption now is iced tea, so a caffeine-free placebo may be the trick.
