Her last point is a bit deceptive, though, b/c Obama moved much more slowly on nominating people for judgeships, esp in 2009.

Got to my computer, so I could check. By Labor Day in year one, Obama had named 16 judicial nominees. Trump had named more than double: 35.

Obama had 3 judicial confirmations by this date in his first year in office; Trump has 7.

So, Obama had 43% of the confirmations Trump has today in their first year with 46% of the nominees they had by Labor Day of that year.
