I do hope that people are practicing self-care. Remember: You need to take care of yourself in order to help others—regardless of your job.

Well. I think Twitter helps a lot of people feel connected in ways they otherwise might not be able to, which can be very empowering.

There are bad things, horrible things, etc., but I think there are some very important self-care-reinforcing aspects, too.
