Well. I think Twitter helps a lot of people feel connected in ways they otherwise might not be able to, which can be very empowering.

There can be additional support and community, in addition to knowledge — all of which can help with self-care.

There are bad things, horrible things, etc., but I think there are some very important self-care-reinforcing aspects, too.
