The ban was in order to "figure out what's going on..." They should have figured it out by now, which would make the ban unnecessary.
That's what I've been wondering about. Regardless of what SCOTUS says, won't the 90 days part just expire?
I mean, the overturning of the stay, in part, didn't do anything to extend the ban.
