I haven't read P's docs. But tweets suggest that this has been presented by P's as "Muslim Ban 2.0." Those hysterics will *not* prevail.
I don't think what you're describing is quite that — though it has a whiff of it.

As I said earlier, for all I know, P's are 100% right and Govt is 100% wrong. But "muslim ban interpretation" language rubs me wrong way.

Given that I'm neck deep in this every day, I probably don't even notice any more. Everyone chooses wording and framing in their interest.

Arg now has nothing to do w that, so I'm not focused on it. This is about interp of SCOTUS order on the ban (travel, Muslim, or otherwise).

I still see a flavor of opportunism regarding P's strategy. But I have a huge disclaimer (for all I know, they are *right* on the law).
