#SCOTUS holds over Sessions v. Dimaya and Jennings v. Rodriguez to the next term.
Dear, you're about 11 hours late in responding to that tweet.
The thread goes on and the story's been updated.

And the pt of that tweet was — as it said — that "beyond" the concur/dissent, there were issues w claiming unanimity from a per curiam.
-
When I asked DOJ where this intern came from, this is what they said:https://twitter.com/chrisgeidner/status/879391573833854977 …
-
*interp, not intern
-
And that's not right. A per curiam order need not be unanimous.
-
I agree that the DOJ/Trump may be misinterpreting what a per curiam order means, but this per curiam was unanimous.

I'm sorry am I missing a retraction/explanation somewhere?

Again, it is right down in the thread ... to which you responded to an 11-hour-old tweet:https://twitter.com/chrisgeidner/status/879408958699700224 …

Since I have your eyes, why push it to October? Isn't the travel ban over by then? What's the point?
-
That's a really good question. I'll probably have to see what the administration does over the next week before I have a better answer, tho.
-
I think it all has to do with Section 2(e) of the EO. If countries don't want to play, ban is expanded.pic.twitter.com/aYvrndCxUZ
