Notably, it was @SHSanders45 who said earlier this week that Trump would not be invoking exec priv re: Comey conversations.
And the ghost of Ron Ziegler cries out, "That statement is no longer operative."
He thought that meant "the privilege of telling Comey what to do."
Maybe he's invoking the Coats-Rogers mystery privilege.
