FYI, @realDonaldTrump, SCOTUS only can hear actual "cases" and "controversies," so DOJ couldn't "seek [a] much tougher version" from SCOTUS.
The way it would work, sir, is that YOU would have to sign a "much tougher version" of the EO, then, if challenged, courts would rule on it.
