If Preet knew anything about immigration law, he'd know that simple assault isn't a removable offense where the statute isn't divisible.
Sorry, but given verified enforcement in this administration, I'd bet you're smart enough to think of several ways that could be accurate.

Verified examples of enforcement. I was distinguishing from just "people say" examples, so you didn't shut it down on that front.
It takes a removable offence to even start proceedings. My point is that simple assault is not a removable offense in this circumstance.
