Being honest about what I'm feeling and where I'm at, mentally, is key, too. Most of that is something that happens w friends or elsewhere.

But, I think it's important, since I share so many good things here going on in my world, that I also be honest that it's not just all

In any event, thanks for listening and all of the kindness. Y'all are great. ... Anyway, it's been a heckuva week, so I'm gonna go relax.

The key is to find an exercise that doesn't seem like an exercise but is still a great workout but isn't expensive. Rowing, tennis, dance.

Outdoor exercise is better bc of the fresh air/sunshine thingy. But you could pick 2, 1 outdoor/1 indoor... so eg: rowing/dance
