... nearly two decades, I've found the tools to deal w both, & they largely work — but, there are still moments/days/weeks that are tough.

In addition to getting sober, which is front and center, truly learning how essential exercise is to my mental health comes second.

Being honest about what I'm feeling and where I'm at, mentally, is key, too. Most of that is something that happens w friends or elsewhere.

But, I think it's important, since I share so many good things here going on in my world, that I also be honest that it's not just all
