This means that @cspan will be providing live access to both appeals court arguments in May over Trump's travel ban. Great news.
And higher-quality video/audio than the built-in equipment used for ordinary livestreams; @cspan will bring in its own equipment.
i've never seen youtube fail. on the other hand c-span's web stream is very unreliable. good for folks with cable tv though.

i would be very surprised if only audio. it's regular panel hearing in WA, parties and judges should have no problem being in same room.
