ARSC vacated earlier TRO because McKesson nonsuited the case. Not judged on merits yet.

I'm not sure I agree with that. The Ark Sup Ct granted cert and vacated. They gave no reasoning. McKesson wanted it dismissed as moot.pic.twitter.com/dzhfgEvvN1

I don't think we can say they judged it on the merits WITHOUT considering the nonsuit, but they certainly didn't say that's why they did it.
