If this stands, Arkansas would not be allowed to use the vecuronium bromide purchased from McKesson in any upcoming executions.
Unless they somehow ~found~ a replacement for that drug in their protocol, they wouldn't be able to carry out executions.

1822 is the federal clemency case appeal, and 1824 is Johnson's as-applied 8th Amendment claim appeal.
