This ruling. Boy, oh boy. The court affirmed the rulings on all six counts against him. https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/roy-moores-suspension-as-alabamas-chief-justice-is-upheld?utm_term=.urM5nl1G0J#.vj0x7OPJZL …pic.twitter.com/Zty7z6bjnf

These are Alabama judges, unanimously ruling against Moore (although one didn't join the opinion). https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/roy-moores-suspension-as-alabamas-chief-justice-is-upheld?utm_term=.kw0rRLzGVx#.alaMlgBXLa …pic.twitter.com/WXfNVz6JoU

Note: Ct also ruled on Moore's claim that suspension pending trial on ethics charges violates due process—bc other judges will face charges.pic.twitter.com/2jO1JfXMC6

Is it accurate to call the decision unanimous, or does the "concurs in result" make that not true? But, no dissents - or is THAT a dissent?
-
It's a unanimous decision. The opinion is not from all justices, but the final justice concurs in the result — meaning agrees with it.
-
He might not agree w all the language, but he agrees with the decision of the court—affirming the Court of the Judiciary "in all respects."
