And the Dem's are rolling over again!! I won't ever give $$ again to the Dem's!! I'm done with this crap!! #NoMoreCashForDems #NoGorsuch
[Up to 7 Dems can oppose a filibuster, and they would still have the votes to stop cloture.]
I get so many emails asking for $$ as I've always given support. But they don't want to stand up for what's fair! I don't want to give!
Same. Got 5 donation mailers in the last month; was sending them all out after my paycheck Friday; but with this? Screw 'em.
My point is just that it's an odd decision to stop supporting Dems ... if they successfully mount a filibuster.
Like, if you want to oppose X politicians for their move, OK. But, if Dems succeed in their goal of filibustering, why are you mad at Dems?
Right. And it's mostly on those politicians, and even a successful filibuster probably just means they nuke the filibuster. But tactically..
How is it the party can't get the theoretically weakest, most in danger Dem Senators to sign on for what the voters want most of them?
He is imagining that he can survive this through the next election. Not so. People will remember. G'bye Donnelly. Next time, do your job.
Manchin and heidkamp also
Oh yeah...not a good list to put oneself on...they can still figure this out: Phone time.
@PirateWench expect a primary challenge. @SenDonnelly

Why pretend to be a Democrat if you vote against your own president's appointment powers?
