As of now, oral arguments at the 4th Circuit are supposed to take place on May 8.
FYI: No notice of appeal filed yet in Hawaii (although it's not yet noon there).

And, DOJ filed a notice of appeal with the district court in Hawaii, as well as motions to stay Washington v. Trump and Ali v. Trump.
That mean Hawaii's case is going to the Ninth Circuit. Not clear yet how quickly DOJ will move, for a stay pending appeal or on the merits.
