FYI: Judge Robart took the same action in Washington v. Trump as he did in Ali v. Trump — staying the TRO request b/c of the Hawaii TRO.

No. He is declining to rule on the TRO motion now bc it is unnecessary to do so, given the nationwide TRO in the Hawaii case.
