I have the order, thanks. Again, I'm not sure what authority the judges in MA have over CDG departures, for example.
I'm not suggesting they would be able to force Air France to allow someone to board...
Rather, that BOS would have to tell Air France that, just on the basis of the EO, the passenger need not be turned away at CDG
Yeah, I looked through stuff, and I still think that provision is focused on arrivals and makes no requirement regarding allowing departure.
