be relentless. ask every day, publish non-answer every day. explain repeatedly why it was a huge issue.

I think there were stories related to the tax returns very, very often. And people did ask regularly. I suppose people can always do more...

there were relatively few overall, and zero sustained coverage. this failure was emblematic of overall failure.
