I'm actually more worried about other language, like calling it "harass[ing]" & talking (stupidly) about what theater "must" be.

I think he's shown repeatedly that he has disdain for all aspects of the 1st Amendment. You've seen it 1st hand
that's a defensible claim, but these silly tweets aren't good evidence of it.
That depends on your definition of "evidence". I agree w/ @chrisgeidner that he uses Twitter to chill dissent (and to stir pots)
