9th Cir decision, if it stands, means Arizona law making 3d-party early ballot collection a felony will NOT be enforced for this election.
More on the "if it stands" caveat: The question now is whether there will be any further appeal attempts of the injunction.
They could try and get #SCOTUS to lift the injunction. I'm not sure, under the 9th Circuit rules, whether full en banc is an option here.
