House rules are not laws...and there's a difference in that. "Gavel-to-gavel" is a rule and it's control.

I am talking about the fact that C-SPAN is noting the source of the stream on-screen and MSNBC and CNN were not.

If you follow the whole thread, that is clear. I am aware of the gavel-to-gavel rule and that C-SPAN had no choice here.
