Really incredible wording there in the Vulture editor's note. Like, they realized that Bryan Singer quote would be "contentious" ... when?

And, really, if Vulture's standards for ~deleting a published quote~ are because something is "contentious," you should probably shut down.

Like, it's pretty obvious that lawyers likely contacted them — that was my first comment when I read it — but that's not what Vulture said.
