tl;dr: McCrory tells North Carolinians more about their new law.
There is nothing substantive to this. Oddly, it acknowledges problems of NC HB2 without changing anything, which means problems continue.
@chrisgeidner WHEREAS, there is nothing to see here;
WHEREAS, move along folks;
@chrisgeidner @chipfoxx I know its rather hard nowadays for states to succeed from the union, but can other states kick them out?
@chrisgeidner And also, you can use whatever bathroom you want to ~in your own home~ !!
@chrisgeidner Absolutely, but ENDA protections for #LGBT state employees is a win. That's a first in NC.
@chrisgeidner Nah. It's just bullshit. @Fieryreddragon
@chrisgeidner the first line is laughable. Rich history of inclusiveness??
@chrisgeidner Nice try but effectively transgender people still can't use the restroom at school, at the courthouse, or at the state capital
@chrisgeidner It seems that now Gov. McCreary is regretting signing the bill since it is costing the state money not to mention the ridicule
@chrisgeidner doh - misspelled the gov's name...
.@chrisgeidner Does the goobernor not think we can read?
@chrisgeidner Willfully empty!
@chrisgeidner So begins the slow, tortured path to repeal. HB2, we hardly knew ye.
@chrisgeidner @daveweigel It is no.....WOAH! WHAT'S THAT!?!?!
@chrisgeidner "Woefully inadequate" doesn't do this justice.
