The bottom line: The Alabama Supreme Court dismissed the pending case trying to challenge whether the marriage amendment can be enforced.

3 of 9 justices questioned the Supremacy Clause, more (Moore) or less. 1 of 9 said he hated the outcome but follows the Supremacy Clause.

4 of 9 justices said nothing or said no one else was speaking for them. 1 of 9 justices said the case never should have been taken.

So, ultimately, it's 6-3 on Obergefell definitely applying to Alabama's marriage amendment, w/ 3 thinking it's an illegitimate decision.
