@chrisgeidner I did. Really interesting piece. Just responding to ''figuring out what to do now"...maybe that's the agreed-upon plan.
@jacobgershman I think that's ~part~ of the answer, but it doesn't answer as to the "no cert grants" & no action on long-pending petitions.
@jacobgershman Unless they're just not going to grant any more cert petitions, they've not yet figured out what to do on that front.
@jacobgershman And they've eventually got to act on the juvenile LWOP pending petitions now that Montgomery is handed down.
