@Candice_AZ No, this is the Apple ID password, not the phone's passcode. Resetting the Apple ID password prevented an auto-backup to iCloud. -

@chrisgeidner Oh true. Yet Apple said if they hadn't changed it the info could be obtained. And if they had it now it could be backed up
