@chrisgeidner So, he was previously assessed for intellectual disability? He would have had an IQ test..the score would tell you everything.
@drgurner Yes, there were multiple tests with differing results. As noted in the story, there is a matter pending in CA on this issue.
@chrisgeidner As someone who has conducted forensic exams in the past, it's odd to me. A WAIS is a WAIS - results should be clear.
@drgurner There are differing results in almost all of these cases. Why the Supreme Court said a bright line cut-off doesn't work.
