Davis appealed Bunning's decision to stay that injunction request (No. 15-5961), and now she's seeking an "injunction pending appeal."
No reason at all to think Bunning will grant this. Perhaps they are thinking they can appeal a denial of injunction pending appeal request?

@JoshACLU Right. They're trying to get him to deny the injunction — any injunction — in the Beshear case.
@JoshACLU They've already appealed his stay of the injunction request in that case, though, so ... OK.
