@chrisgeidner@radleybalko Alaska had a federal death penalty murder trial while I was clerking for the 9th Cir in 2010. Don't know result. -
@chrisgeidner@radleybalko I think it might have pled out, but plenty of federal jxn in Alaska, which has no state death penalty.
