Let's all keep in mind that Clement left King & Spalding in 2011 to defend DOMA. Schaerr left Winston & Strawn in 2014 to defend Utah.

@smmarotta But, my point is, this is old news, as a premise, & the actual news (about Bursch) was in NLJ on 4/8. And Liptak gives no credit.
