@chrisgeidner Clement strikes me as different because K&S accepted case at first. Schaerr and Bursch's firms declined case at outset. -
@smmarotta Yes, there are distinctions, and one could argue that the change happened, if one had to mark it, when K&S & Clement parted. -
@smmarotta But, my point is, this is old news, as a premise, & the actual news (about Bursch) was in NLJ on 4/8. And Liptak gives no credit.
