Went to boil some pasta and suddenly remembered we used to deal with this in the very, very early days of HuffPost.

@chrisgeidner@KateAurthur They probably also told you sobriety would make you less angry? I mean I'm only dipping my toe in but ... NOPE. -
@tmcgev@KateAurthur I think I am less angry, actually! So, woo on that front! But, still awake at 1:30a!

@chrisgeidner@KateAurthur Less alcohol gives so much less manual control of your sleep-cycle, which was really pass-out cycle.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@chrisgeidner@tmcgev The thing that changed me was moving to PT. Getting up early was torture for me. Then we moved here and I got up at 7. -
@KateAurthur@tmcgev Yeah, if I moved to PT -- well, I'd cry -- but then I'd likely get up at 7ish. -
@chrisgeidner@KateAurthur also I wake up with just as many regrets, the only thing is my memories of what I regret are so much more vivid

@chrisgeidner@tmcgev@KateAurthur I think it's biological. In 2012, I got up at 5:45 every morning to work, but I'd still stay up late! -
@katherinemiller@chrisgeidner@tmcgev This is when I point out that it's nearly 2 for you all, and I'm in bed about to pass out. -
@KateAurthur@katherinemiller@tmcgev I'm in bed, too! Just winding down the day. Was thinking 2a sounded like a good "sign-off time."
