@chrisgeidner @dominicholden interesting. Good way to piggy back on sex stereotyping and sexual harassment claims based on real/perceived SO

@davidromano72@dominicholden This is a step further than that, but, yes. -
@chrisgeidner what did I miss? Just curious. -
@davidromano72 The hope is that courts will agree that sexual orientation discrimination, in & of itself, is a type of sex discrimination. -
@davidromano72 Without the need for additional proof about masculine or feminine appearance or presentation. -
@davidromano72 The hope of the EEOC & LGBT advocates, that is. -
@chrisgeidner I agree, but I read a lot of these cases in law school and think this is a good way to start until we get that amendment. -
@davidromano72 No -- their argument would be that sex discrimination bans *already* protect sexual orientation in and of itself. - 2 more replies

@chrisgeidner I've always wondered how much of a role the language choice "orientation" plays in making LGBT identities a debated matter. -
@chrisgeidner Probably not a ton, but language is important. So either that's why I've thought of it or I've wasted massive amounts of time.
