GA, NE, & ND are the only states in the U.S. where no judge has declared same-sex marriage or marriage recognition bans unconstitutional.

Several rulings have been stayed & the trial court rulings in 4 states — KY, MI, OH, & TN — were overturned by the 6th Circuit, but still.

(Of the states that had bans, of course. Some states never had bans, and some legislatures voted for marriage equality.)
