Sometime about now, four-&-a-half years ago, I finished a drink -- like so many nights before. The difference: I haven't had a drink since.

It's a change that can make me appear awkward at times; I respond "maybe" to parties & sometimes don't show. I do what I need to do for me.

Honestly, most of the time, I have more fun -- bc I'm focused on having fun, not getting drunk. I've had many ridiculously fun nights sober.
